Middle School Mystery Adventures
Our middle schoolers are diving headfirst into the world of mystery! From reading and analyzing classic stories to taking quizzes that challenge their detective skills, students are sharpening both their critical thinking and creativity. They’ve just begun exciting projects across all their classes—designing, building, and bringing their ideas to life in ways that showcase their unique talents. Everyone is buzzing with anticipation for next week’s visit from the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Forensics Team, who will share real-world insights into crime scene investigation. And in just two weeks, the middle school will head to San Jose for our much-anticipated Mystery Field Trip—a highlight of the season!
High School Highlights
Our high school students have launched exciting new projects in both science and history, delving into topics that spark their curiosity and deepen their understanding. This week, they also enjoyed a special visit from the Santa Barbara Zoo, where they learned about volunteer opportunities and ways to engage with our local community. The High School students also introduced the idea of the Senate to everyone. Looking ahead, the students are eager for their upcoming trip to San Simeon, which promises to be both educational and memorable!
