| | | | | | Owen brings a steady energy and genuine joy to everything he does. With talents that stretch across many areas, he’s not only skilled but passionate, always diving into what he loves with heart and enthusiasm. His thoughtful nature and uplifting spirit make him someone that others naturally want to be around.
A true servant leader, Owen listens with care, values every voice, and builds strong connections wherever he goes. As a proud legacy student at Anacapa, he’s left a mark that will last long after his time here. We’re excited to celebrate all that Owen has contributed and even more excited to see the amazing things he’ll continue to do next! -Jacob Pepper
Owen is always kind, respectful, and a creative talent to have in art class! -Brian Downie |
| Owen is an amazing student to have on campus. He always goes through the day with positivity and a good attitude. His creativity and passion for creating things is a pleasure to watch. We'll miss his personality on campus next year, and I appreciate everything he does for Anacapa. Good luck next year! -Diego Villarreal |
| Owen is one of our strongest leaders on campus. Whether he's tutoring a younger student during lunch or Study Hall, taking the lead in a group project, or helping someone find their courage to try out the trapeze during a Wednesday activity, Owen is a wonderful example of a service leader. -Mari Talkin |

| Owen exemplifies the values of Anacapa School through his deep intellectual curiosity, commitment to community service, and the cultivation of meaningful, lasting relationships. In the classroom, Owen consistently connects course content to his own interests, using his curiosity as a springboard to deepen and enrich his learning. He is a leader both on campus and beyond, playing a key role in our off-campus volunteer initiatives and even leading the Wednesday activity to Santa Barbara Trapeze Co. Perhaps most importantly, Owen brings joy and positivity to our community. He is always patient and kind in his interactions and acts as a positive role model for all students -Brian Lunardi |

| | | | | | | | | | | At Anacapa, our health and wellness isn’t just about individual fitness, emotional regulation or academic success, it’s also about lifting each other up with respect, dignity, and genuine effort!
Think for a moment about the ways your classmates, teachers, or friends have supported you: offering a listening ear, sharing notes, or cheering you on through a tough challenge. Now imagine if every one of us committed to paying that kindness forward, without waiting to be asked.
Being a “high-energy, low-maintenance” student means stepping up to help, pitching in when you see someone struggling, and collaborating with genuine enthusiasm. When you notice a teammate carrying extra weight, whether that’s a heavy backpack or a heavy heart, offer your help first. Carry the canoe paddle, proofread the lab report, or simply ask, “How can I make your day easier?”
By taking initiative, you demonstrate true respect and dignity for yourself and others. You show that effort isn’t just about personal achievement; it’s about contributing your best to the whole community. Collaboration and teamwork aren’t add-on activities—they’re the heartbeat of our culture.
So challenge yourself today: find one way to help without being asked. Your small act of kindness creates a ripple effect, making Anacapa stronger, kinder, and more resilient for all of us. |
