Before the Ocean Health Synthesis Unit, I knew vaguely about ocean acidification and temperature changes due to climate change. The Synthesis Unit opened my eyes to how these things happened and the impact they have had on both humans and marine life. – 10th grade

March Special is a long-standing tradition at Anacapa. Each year March Special takes place the day after the auction and is a time for students and faculty to bond over an off-campus activity. GS/BBMR Grape Stomp was a Huge Success!
This year’s Grape Stomp at the Fess Parker Winery took on an exciting new dimension. Barney Berglund, a devoted Anacapa board member and local cycling hero, died tragically from cancer on February 4, 2014.
