It wouldn’t be a Halloween celebration without a pumpkin-carving contest. The seventh and eighth graders all bring pumpkins for groups of students to carve. Each group has thirty minutes to execute their idea and come up with a fun, creative story about their pumpkin. The masterpieces are then presented to teacher and parent judges. The judges had some tough decisions this year.

The faculty plays a crucial role in the toilet paper mummification. Each class is given a teacher to completely wrap in toilet paper, and the first class to wrap their teacher is the winner. For the third year in a row, the students in the Class of 2010 were the speediest mummifiers.
